The Baltimore Sun Media Group Names Advance Business Systems A Winner of the Baltimore Metro Area 2018 Top Midsize Workplaces Award
Advance has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Baltimore Sun Media Group. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a third party research firm. The employee survey gathers responses on 24 factors covering 7 areas, including organizational health factors that measure how well employees are working together towards a common cause:

- Effectiveness – doing things well, sharing viewpoints, encouraging new ideas
- Connection – employees feel appreciated, their work is meaningful
- My Manager – cares about concerns, helps employees learn and grow

- The Basics – pay, benefits, flexibility, training, expectations
