Advance is Recognized as a 2021 Best Places to Work finalist by the BBJ
Advance Business Systems was selected as a 2021 BBJ Best Places to Work finalist in the large company category. The Best Places to Work Awards recognize organizations for their outstanding efforts to create supportive, collaborative and engaging cultures where people love to work.
All participating companies were ranked using surveys answered by employees and scored by Best Places to Work partner, Quantum Workplace. The anonymous survey measures employee’s opinions about various workplace factors including communication, resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership.
This year’s award is unique in that many companies have adapted to a new normal as a result of the pandemic. Advance is no exception as it continued to maintain its family oriented and employee-focused culture while shifting from in person to virtual meetings and activities such as happy hours, trivia game nights, wellness challenges, outdoor parties and more.
