This award is based on a strict set of specific guidelines and standards established by Ricoh USA for dealer service and support excellence. After careful review of dealer submissions, Ricoh selects the highest performing dealers to receive this award. Advance is proud to be recognized year after year for providing outstanding service to its customers. 

Advance’s reputation for providing legendary customer service comes from having over 58 years to perfect the customer service experience for its business partners throughout Maryland. Their service team provides the highest level of service for customer equipment stemming from the rigorous in-house manufacturer certified training program required for all new service members before entering the field. In addition, Advance is able to effectively manage productivity and efficiency of their field teams and customer Help Desk program, while continually meeting or exceeding the needs of customers.
