Updated February 2021

Over the last year, so many local businesses that we have turned to and relied on for years, are doing everything they can to push on for their employees and our community. We could not be more grateful to remain open for our customers, community and team and believe that our good fortune is due to the support of the amazing, Maryland community that we’ve been lucky to be a part of for the last 55 years. We’ve had the great pleasure of working with hundreds of local businesses and are incredibly passionate about seeing them not only get through this time but thrive when we come out on the other side.

In April of 2020, we curated this article to help promote some of our team’s favorite local establishments during a difficult time at the height of the pandemic. We recently did some digging and we are happy to report that ALL of the businesses and organizations featured below are still up and running! Check out the updates below on ways that you can continue to support these amazing businesses.

And we want to hear from you! Should you wish to submit an organization to be featured within this article and on Advance’s social media, please don’t hesitate to fill out the form listed below. We will gladly consider your submission!
