its quality of products, exceptional standard of customer service and
Advance won Ricoh’s 2014-2015 Service Excellence Award, intended to recognize Dealers who have demonstrated Technical Proficiency as well as Service Operational Efficiency. Ricoh reviewed over 600 Dealers within its Ricoh Family Group of Dealers, but only 50 were recognized with the Service Excellence Award, making this a very prestigious honor.
