Advance is Recognized as a Ricoh/Savin 2017 RFG Circle of Excellence Award Recipient

Advance announces that it is the recipient of the 2017 RFG Circle of Excellence award from Ricoh USA, a global technology company known for its quality of products, exceptional standard of customer service and sustainability initiatives.

The award is intended to recognize dealers who have demonstrated outstanding service and support to its customers and exceeded Ricoh/Savin’s requirements for service excellence. Advance’s service team was recognized specifically for their implementation of rigorous training programs required for all service personnel prior to entering the field. Advance’s service team was also recognized for its ability to effectively manage productivity and efficiency of their field teams and Help Desk program, while continually tracking and improving customer satisfaction.
