We are seeking a team-oriented Administrative Coordinator to assist our Managed IT Services Department with administrative functions.

As IT Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the Managed IT Department with all aspects of the billing process, from original proposal through invoicing. 
  • Explaining any discrepancies or ambiguity to customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
  • Maintaining high volume workload in an organized manner.
  • Analyzing the current process and giving suggestions on improvements or efficiency that would expedite the billing procedure. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience 
  • 2-4 years of billing / contracts (or similar) experience
  • Familiar with invoicing services and software
  • Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented and accurate 
  • High capacity, fast learner, and innovative
  • Team player with a positive, helpful attitude
  • High school diploma required, bachelors or associates degree preferred
