- Delivering excellent customer service while answering incoming calls for service and supplies
- Researching and verifying customer's information
- Entering service and supply requests into system
- Assisting service team members as needed
- Exceptional communication skills, clear speaking voice, and helpful attitude
- 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to follow established processes and solve problems
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and focus under pressure
- Microsoft Office suite
