Advance is not just a job. Advance is our life. We love what we do. It is what defines us. “We Live and Breathe This Stuff” is not just the tagline for our commercials; it is our culture.

Our customers know they can rely upon us whenever and wherever they need us. Advance has a culture that is unique in the world of business–we are a family. When we say that our employees are our family, we are not just mouthing words. This is an organization that functions like a well-oiled machine, each part dependent on the other in order to run smoothly. And, we care deeply for each other.

All of this translates into a special experience for both our customers and our employees, who can count on promises kept, ethics upheld and principles adhered to.

It is also part of the culture of Advance to give back to this community, which has done so much to bring us to this point in time. The privilege of leadership carries with it strong responsibility. If those who can don’t, then who will? This is my mantra when it comes to making our community a better place in which to live. There is so much that each of us can do to ease the burden of someone else, and that doesn’t always mean writing a check.
